Hi, I’m Joe — owner of BrooksStaff Temporaries and proud second-generation staffing professional. My journey in this industry began in high school, working for my dad at the company he built from the ground up with a simple mission: to deliver dependable, affordable staffing solutions with a personal touch.
After college and a few years at FedEx Freight, I felt called back to the staffing world — a place where I could make a real impact by helping businesses find great people, and people find meaningful work. I’ve been leading BrooksStaff since 2022 and officially took full ownership at the start of 2025.
As a small, family-owned business, we offer something larger firms can’t — personal, responsive service and competitive pricing tailored to each client’s needs.
When I’m not focused on growing the business, you’ll find me at my church, on the golf course, playing basketball, or pursuing my goal of visiting every Major League Baseball stadium. Above all, I love spending time with my wife, Christina, and our two daughters.

Hi, I’m Dom Santiago, a sophomore at Pensacola Christian College, currently studying Business Management with a Finance minor. I serve as a Business Office Assistant here at BrooksStaff Temporaries, where I support daily operations, maintain records, assist with scheduling, and provide excellent customer service to students and staff.
I have a passion for organization, efficiency, and learning how real-world business systems operate. Through my role, I’ve gained valuable experience in administrative tasks, data entry, budgeting software, and internal communications.
